چکیده
The current situation in the eld of computer aided dynamic systems modeling is syrveyed, and the contemporary tools for computer aided modeling are discussed. It is proposed that there is a need also for special purpose modeling tools that are able to manipulate the models without destructing their structure. The role of symbolic calculation in combination with object-oriented modeling is emphasized. An experimental tool is discussed that is intended specially for implementing the presented ideas. The syntax of the formalism is not elaborated on extensively, only to an extent that is necessary to understand a few illustrative examples.
